Artist History: Linda Nuñez and Thom Fowle received an HONORABLE MENTION for their co-write on the song EITHER WAY from the 13th Annual Billboard World Song Contest! Cry Mercy, the newest NUÑEZ CD, has been nominated for an Outmusic Award for Best New Album by a Band! Linda Nuñez headlined the 2004 Southern Womens Festival in Georgia. Opened for Sophie B. Hawkins for Calliope Fest 3, Miami, Florida. Showcased at the 2003, 2004 and 2005 Florida Music Festival as well as, the 13th Annual Orlando Fringe Fest. Nuñez songs have been receiving airplay on radio stations throughout Florida including WMMO/Orlando, WTKS/Orlando, WJRR/Orlando, WZTA/Miami, WPLA/Jacksonville, WHOG/Daytona Beach and WRUF/Gainesville. Nuñez also gets Airplay on a myriad of Internet Radio Programs as well as on LGBT-oriented Radio Programs throughout the US, Canada, Australia, Finland, Yugoslavia, France, Great Britian, Germany and Ireland!
