Using different styles within a giving song Bman continues to write and record original bass lines and guitar licks himself rock&roll as well as hip hop. His unique ability to change the style from song to song demonstrate his strong musicianship and his intent of keeping the interest of the listener. Artist History: Originating in the San Francisco Bay Area, BMAN started as "DJ BILLY MIXX" from Walnut Creek, California in 1989. In 1990 Billy acquired local notoriety as a gifted lyricist with the release of his 17-track cassette entitled "THC and OE". In 1991 DJ BILLY MIXX adopted the name BMAN. BMAN moved to Los Angeles in 1993 and began to work on his next record set to be released in 1996, but was delayed to financial stress and residential relocation. In this time more songs were written, and BMAN "Bee Sting" was released in 2000.
