Artist History: Born and raised on the small Caribbean island of Barbaods, “Brooksie” as Sharon is affectionately known, was born Nov. 09th, 1977. After moving to Canada in 1998, s.h.a.r.(o).n released her first album "A Taste of Life" independently (no major label backing). Perseverance paid off, as her fan base grew, Sharon moved to Montreal, and began playing to sold out audiences.
